Who we are

Adorie AI Pte. Ltd. (“Adorie”, “we”, “us”) is an AI company incorporated in Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

The data we collect

We keep collection to a minimum. Today that means:

• Messages you send us — if you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can reply and follow up.
• Basic technical logs — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to serve and secure the site.

Cookies and analytics

This website currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How we use personal data

We use the data above only to:

• respond to messages you send us, and
• operate, secure and improve this website.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal data. We do not use correspondence data to train AI models. We do not send unrelated marketing.

Consent and withdrawal

We only email you when you have contacted us or asked to hear from us. You can withdraw consent at any time — write to us and we will stop contacting you and remove your details within a reasonable period.

Storage, transfers and retention

Data is stored with reputable cloud service providers and may be processed outside Singapore. Where data leaves Singapore, we take steps required by the PDPA to ensure a comparable standard of protection.

Correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping, then deleted.

Disclosure

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the site and send email (bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations), or where disclosure is required by law.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you. Write to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] (attention: Data Protection Officer) and we will respond within the timelines the PDPA sets out.

Changes to this policy

We will post any updates on this page and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be highlighted or notified.
